SHR = Sensible / Total
Sensible: Qs = 1.08 × CFM × ΔT
Total: Qt = 4.5 × CFM × Δh
Latent: Ql = Qt - Qs

Equipment SHR should match or be lower than space SHR for proper dehumidification.
